From museums to shops, sights, restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs and more, you will find boundless options for every budget in Berlin Kreuzberg. To make the choice a little easier for you, I selected some of my favorite yoga studios in the much-loved district of Kreuzberg. If you want to find more hidden gems, feel free to order my BertaBerlin map of Kreuzberg in my shop.
After a year of renovations this light-filled Yoga studio of wooden floors and white ceiling has finally opened. Escape the hectic of the capital and enjoy small Jivamukti-Ashtanga-Yin Yoga classes with Jan. After class you can sit on their rooftop terrace and overlook Kreuzberg.

Victor founded Yoga für Dich five years ago in Kreuzberg, and only few month later another yoga studio in Friedrichshain. He and 30 other teacher are teaching mostly Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which makes you sweat – just as Baron Baptiste, the founder of Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga, describes it as the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. The practice is a powerful, energetic style of yoga where you fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to your movements. In Victor’s classes you can also relax and laugh. During summer you can get your hands on eight tickets for 50 Euro or a trial ticket for 10 Euro.

It doesn't matter if you aren't sure of the difference between Vrksasana and Sirshasana, the class "Jivamukti Open" is, as the name suggests, open for all. The Studio also offers the class "Jivamukti spiritual warrior" - a class where you move continually in a sequence of asanas, with the breath as your rhythm. This class is only 60 min - perfect for a lunch break. If you (and your body) have been moving at speed and are in need of some slowing down - The Restorative Class is your best choice at jivamukti yoga. Here you flow softly and hold gentle Asanas for longer periods of time. The Studio offers a drop in option for 18 Euro, but also a first time monthly offer for 49 Euro (where you can visit the yoga classes in Mitte and Kreuzberg).
