Techno still rules the club scene in Berlin, but there's so much more to the nightlife in what is probably the best clubbing city of the world. Every weekend, people invade Kreuzberg to dance the night away. And with no official closing time for clubs, the party continues through mid-morning or beyond.

At Birgit & Bier, beer garden meets the club. It is located directly at the banks of the river Spree and is packed inside and out with fun carnival furnishings and creative themes. During the day you can relax in the sun, or at night their dance floors offer a unique music genre (house, techno, 80s to Hip-Hop).

The entrance of Monarch is not easy to find, but the bar/club is worth the challenge. It is opposite the kebab shop Misir Carsisi. Simply go through the steel door and then up to the first floor. Aside from a dance floor, the club has a foosball table and a pinball machine.

This club is located in the basement of a complex where an old pool-house has been converted into a bar. Prince Charles hosts events like Burgers and Hip Hop or ENGTANZ.
