Jogging trail through Tiergarten Berlin

Jogging trail through Tiergarten

Runners will find plenty of space in this park and on hot days there will also be shade for a relaxed run. You can decide for yourself how big or small this is. One suggestion within the park is to run past the Victory Column, the Soviet Memorial in the Tiergarten, the Brandenburg Gate and the Luisen Monument. After running, a cool drink will tempt you in the Café am Neuen See.

Start: S3, S5, S7, S9 Tiergarten

End: Café am Neuen See

Length: 5,6 km

Jogging trail through Tempelhofer Feld

Jogging trail through Tempelhofer Feld

Airplanes used to take off and land on this field, today athletes use the extensive and varied circuit for running. One lap around the Tempelhof field is about 6 kilometres. If you wish, you can follow the route marked with purple dots, then you will pass a sports park, the barbecue areas, the bird sanctuary and the vegetable gardens. Berliners grow salad, flowers and carrots in wooden boxes and discarded bathtubs. If you still have energy for two more kilometres and a few climbs, walk along the Columbiadamm on the right and behind the mosque on the left into the Volkspark Hasenheide.

Start: U6, S41, S42, S46 Tempelhof

End: U6, S41, S42, S46 Tempelhof

Jogging trail through the government district Berlin

Government District Berlin

Running on water soothes. In the middle of Berlin, with only a few streets to cross, you walk past the government buildings along the water. The light in the early evening is especially beautiful when the sun shines through the trees of the Tiergarten. In addition, there is no better goal than the Brandenburg Gate.

Start: Monbijoupark

End: Brandenburger Tor

Length:  6 km

Jogging trail of the law

You don't have to follow this run in its entirety, but it serves to understand the run of a law in Berlin and as a run stimulus through Berlin's government district (approximately 22 km). If you want to cheat, you can also run this course in a shorter order - not like the law - then it's only 10 kilometres.

For more details you have to fetch a "Run This Way" map, which will be available at the Bundestagslauf and at the Firmenlauf in Berlin!!

Start: Bundesministerium für Gesundheit

End: Bundespräsidialamt

Length: 10-22 km
